These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of the Revved Digital website and your subscription to our services. They function as both a website terms & conditions policy and a binding user agreement that outlines how we operate, what you can expect, and what’s included in your plan. By accessing our website or subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About This Agreement

Revved Digital offers three SEO subscription plans: Lite, Pro, and Dominate. Each plan includes a different set of monthly deliverables, tailored for businesses at different stages of growth. These deliverables, along with our billing, cancellation, and usage policies, are outlined in the sections that follow.

This Agreement goes into effect when you subscribe to one of our plans on our website (www.revved.digital). Thanks for reading. Let’s grow your business.

Trial Terms

Revved Digital offers a limited-time 10-day trial for $10, available through our website. By signing up for the trial, you agree to receive a preview of our SEO services based on the plan you select (Lite, Pro, or Dominate). Your 10-day trial begins on the day of payment. If you do not cancel by the end of the 10th day, your selected plan will automatically convert into a full monthly subscription and the standard plan rate will be charged to your payment method on file. Your billing cycle will begin on that date and continue monthly unless canceled.

During the trial period, you will receive the following deliverables:

• A complete Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization document for one location
• A fully optimized homepage rewrite for one location
• A competitive research and keyword strategy document
• A traffic analysis report outlining top-performing pages, keywords, and traffic sources
• One SEO blog post (1,000+ words), fully researched and optimized, ready to publish
• A step-by-step checklist outlining your next recommended SEO actions

All trial deliverables are provided as viewable and downloadable Google Docs. We do not access or modify your live website, Google Business Profile, or third-party accounts during the trial period. If you choose to continue with a full subscription, implementation of all strategy items will begin at that time. Trial payments are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime before the 10th day by logging in and visiting this page.

Plans & Deliverables

The following section outlines the scope of work (SOW) and monthly deliverables associated with each Revved Digital subscription plan. This Agreement applies to all customers, regardless of which plan you choose. You may subscribe to a plan directly through our website checkout or by communicating with us via email, phone, or another authorized channel. By selecting a plan, you agree to the specific deliverables described below and acknowledge that each plan is designed to support businesses at different stages of growth and scale.

Lite Plan – $600/mo

Includes:

• 1x AI-powered SEO strategy
• 1x core page rewrite
• 2x SEO blog posts (1,000 words each)
• 1x Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization
• Monthly performance reporting

Pro Plan – $1,600/mo

Includes:

• Unlimited AI strategy and keyword planning
• 3x core page rewrites
• 8x SEO blog posts (1,000+ words each)
• 2x GBP optimizations
• 8x monthly GBP posts
• Monthly reporting
• Call tracking reporting

Dominate Plan – $2,600/mo

Includes:

• Unlimited AI strategy and keyword planning
• 6x+ core page rewrites
• 12x SEO blog posts (1,000+ words each)
• 2x+ GBP optimizations
• 16x monthly GBP posts
• Monthly reporting
• Call tracking reporting
• Monthly site audit
• Website CRO/UX feedback and optimization guidance

Optional Website Maintenance Plan

For $250/month, you receive up to 10 hours of support for minor content updates, bug fixes, and technical edits. Time beyond 10 hours is billed at $180/hour. Full redesigns, custom features, or major structural changes are not included and will be quoted separately. Unused hours do not roll over.

Optional Free Website Offer

Revved Digital offers a complimentary website redesign with any active SEO plan. This offer is optional and available upon written request from the client. Not all clients choose to participate. To activate the offer, simply notify us in writing.

What’s Included

• A professionally redesigned WordPress website using one of our pre-built, SEO-optimized templates.
• Customization with your brand’s content: services, contact info, locations, images, etc.
• Structure and layout based on proven SEO best practices for local businesses and GBP alignment.
• Design direction (colors, fonts, imagery) is flexible, but the page structure, layout, and overall architecture are controlled by Revved Digital to ensure SEO performance.
• Daily backups included while hosted with us.

Hosting & Ownership

• Hosting is provided through Revved Digital at $120/year, billed annually and separately from your SEO subscription.
• The hosting fee is nonrefundable and billed via online invoice.
• You retain full ownership of your website.
• If you cancel service or choose to host elsewhere:
  • We will send you a downloadable ZIP file of your full website.
  • You are responsible for acquiring your own hosting and installing the website.
  • We do not assist with installation on third-party hosting platforms.

Domains & Launch Process

• You are responsible for purchasing and managing your domain name.
• We do not buy or manage domains on your behalf.
• You must point your nameservers or DNS settings to our hosting server — instructions will be provided, but Revved Digital will not log in or make DNS changes for you.
• Once all required content is submitted and the domain is pointed correctly, typical time to launch is 7 business days.

After Cancellation

• Your hosted website remains on our servers for 30 days post-cancellation in case you choose to reactivate your subscription.
• After 30 days, the website and all data will be permanently deleted, assuming the ZIP file has been successfully delivered.

Trial Plan Clients

• If this website is included as part of the 10 Days for $10 Trial, the $120/year hosting fee will be invoiced separately at the end of the 10-day trial.
• The invoice must be paid in full before the website is launched.

Payment & Billing

For all subscription SEO plans, your card will be automatically charged each month on the same calendar day you initially subscribed (e.g., if you subscribed on the 12th, you’ll be billed on the 12th of each month). Receipts are issued and emailed on that date as well.

If you are not on a subscription plan (e.g., project-based work, custom engagements), invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are due within 15 days. All payments must be made via electronic invoice or wire transfer. Late payments are subject to a 0.05% daily fee, capped at 1.5% after 30 days. If payment is more than 7 days late, services will be paused. If not received within 30 days, your account will be canceled and a final invoice will be issued for any remaining balance.

Revved Digital reserves the right to withhold deliverables until all outstanding balances are paid in full. In the event of a chargeback or failed payment, your service will be suspended immediately. If the issue is not resolved within 7 days, the account will be considered in breach of this agreement. All fees are non-refundable once invoiced.

Fee Changes

Revved Digital may revise subscription fees at any time. Any changes to pricing will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. We will provide at least 15 days’ notice by email before any changes are applied. Your continued use of our services after the change goes into effect constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle begins (on the 1st of the month). Service will continue through the remainder of your current paid billing period, and no further charges will be issued once your cancellation is confirmed. All payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

How to Cancel

• If you signed up through our website and manage your plan via your Revved Digital account, you can cancel directly at this page.
• If you are on a custom or enterprise plan, or signed a separate agreement outside of our standard checkout, you must request cancellation by emailing:

After Cancellation

• SEO Services: All active SEO deliverables will stop at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Optional Website (if claimed):
  • If your website is hosted with Revved Digital, it will remain live for 30 days after cancellation.
  • Within that period, we will send you a ZIP file of your full WordPress website so you can move it to your own hosting provider.
  • You are responsible for installing the website on your new hosting platform — we do not assist with this.
  • After 30 days, your site and all related files will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Refund Policy

At Revved Digital, we’re committed to providing high-quality SEO and digital marketing services that deliver meaningful results. However, we understand that sometimes expectations may differ or circumstances may change. This policy outlines when refunds may be granted and when they are not eligible.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Change of Mind or Early Cancellation: Because we allocate time and resources at the beginning of each billing cycle, we do not issue refunds for unused time if you decide to cancel mid-month.
• Non-Participation or Delayed Onboarding: Failure to provide required access, assets, or approvals on time does not qualify for a refund. Our ability to deliver results depends on your cooperation and timely communication.
• Custom or Enterprise Contracts: Clients on project-based, enterprise, or custom agreements are not eligible for standard subscription refunds unless otherwise stated in their separate agreement.
• Performance-Based Expectations: Because SEO involves variables outside of our control (e.g., search engine algorithm changes), we do not offer refunds based on traffic or ranking performance.

You may be eligible for a refund of your most recent subscription payment under the following condition:

• If no services were delivered and no time or resources were allocated by our team within the current billing cycle.
• Or, if you experienced a clear service outage or failure on our end that prevented us from fulfilling any deliverables for more than 14 consecutive days within a billing period, and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds for any other reason will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Revved Digital.

Refund Process

• To request a refund, please email andrew@revved.digital or team@revved.digital with a brief explanation of your concern.
• If your request meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll process your refund within 1–2 business days.

By subscribing to any plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund policy.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide Revved Digital with full access to all necessary platforms for each location or account under active management. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Google Analytics (GA)
• Google Search Console (GSC)
• Google Business Profile (GBP)
• Website backend access (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.)

You are responsible for creating any required GA, GSC, or GBP accounts and granting access to our team. Revved Digital does not create these accounts on your behalf. To streamline onboarding, you may submit this information securely at this page.

Timely cooperation is critical to the success of your SEO campaign. This includes responding to content approvals, strategy questions, and other requests for feedback within a reasonable time frame. If we do not receive the required access or communication, we reserve the right to pause deliverables until all outstanding items are resolved. However, your subscription will remain active and billable during this time.

You agree to indemnify and hold Revved Digital harmless from any legal issues or claims arising from the materials, access credentials, or content you provide.

Exclusions

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Revved Digital’s services do not include:

• Web hosting, email, or domain registration/support
• Paid advertising campaign setup or management (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Fixes for website platform-specific bugs, theme issues, or third-party plugin conflicts
• Guaranteed increases in organic traffic, leads, revenue, or search engine rankings

Additionally, Revved Digital does not create new digital accounts on your behalf. This includes—but is not limited to—Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, hosting accounts, domain registrar accounts, or CMS accounts (such as WordPress, Wix, or Shopify). It is the client’s sole responsibility to create and maintain ownership of all required accounts and to grant us access where necessary to fulfill deliverables. We simply require access to these platforms to perform our work.

Client also acknowledges that SEO performance depends on external factors beyond our control—such as search engine algorithm updates, competitor activity, and platform limitations.

Intellectual Property

All materials you provide remain your property. Any deliverables we produce become your property upon full payment. Our internal tools, templates, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive property of Revved Digital and are licensed to you for use only within the scope of your project. We reserve the right to display non-confidential aspects of your project in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise requested in writing.

Confidentiality & Data

We treat your data, login credentials, and business information as confidential. Revved Digital acts solely as a data processor and agrees to follow your written instructions in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If required, we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to further protect your information.

Communications & Email Consent

By subscribing to any Revved Digital plan or using our website, you agree to receive essential communications related to onboarding, account management, and service updates. You may also receive promotional emails, newsletters, or special offers from time to time. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at team@revved.digital.

Legal Terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in Los Angeles County, California. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal proceedings. In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and legal costs. Neither party will be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Revved Digital’s services for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose. This includes distributing malware or viruses, engaging in harassment, infringing on intellectual property, promoting hate speech, violating third-party platform terms, or manipulating search rankings in a way that violates search engine policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service without notice if we determine that your usage violates these terms.

Updates

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our website or services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Website Security

Our website uses HTTPS encryption to help ensure your data remains private and secure during transmission. While we take reasonable precautions to safeguard your information, no digital system is 100% secure. You use the website at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining the security of any devices or browsers used to access our site.

Analytics & Tracking

We use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar technologies to monitor how users interact with our website and optimize service performance. These tools may collect information such as your browser type, device type, and on-site behavior. All data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Creation & Data Management

Some features of our website or services may require you to create an account, submit payment information, or provide business-related access credentials (e.g., website logins, analytics platforms, or GBP access). You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may request updates, corrections, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting team@revved.digital. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our site or services at our discretion if you violate any terms of this agreement.

Minimum Age Requirement

By using our website or subscribing to any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under the age of 18.

Right to Refuse Service

Revved Digital reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to clients who engage in abusive behavior, provide false information, request unethical SEO practices, or operate within industries we do not support — such as adult content, political advertising, multi-level marketing, or deceptive health and finance schemes.

Acceptance

By submitting payment and checking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to all terms listed above and confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
