Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal proceedings. In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and legal costs. Neither party will be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.

You may not use Revved Digital’s services for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose. This includes distributing malware or viruses, engaging in harassment, infringing on intellectual property, promoting hate speech, violating third-party platform terms, or manipulating search rankings in a way that violates search engine policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service without notice if we determine that your usage violates these terms.
